A famous cafe chain in Zurich. Prices are a bit high but it's a must try. Chocolate Truffles were the best.

Very good service, prices doesn't kill and what's the most important - exquisite coffee and truly heavenly macaroons (luxembourghli). Great location comes with great products. Their shop might be chaotic but i understand why. I highly recommend going there even just for a mini macaroon tasting. And bringing some home.

Very average. Factory made food. One would expect such a known name to do better. Bircher musli is decent.

At first, they seem to overpriced their products, but the product´s itself, training of thier Employee´s, and the monthy cost of their Location justifie´s the high prices they charge, it is just a constantly good quality they offer, and beside´s, you can always choose if you want it or don´t :) If you like fine Pastry and Confiserie product´s and of course Chocolate you should definitely visit one of their Shop´s, you wont be disappointed, you can expect a lot and you will get delicious sweet´s. Try the " Luxemburgerli " in different flavors.

The best chocolate in the world ? This Sprungli has both a large shop and a restaurant. The main seating area is upstairs, as well as limited seats downstairs and outside. The restaurant serves premium dishes. The shop stocks hand made small-scale production fresh pralines, truffles, and macarons. The company is owned by Lindt, but is a few grades better than normal Lindt which is mass production.

Great coffee place with friendly and helpful staff and amazing food, ice cream and desserts! I can definitely recommend it :)

I love Sprüngli and their chocolates, Luxemburgerli, etc. But the coffee shop they have on Paradeplatz was extremely disappointing. Service was not particularly friendly (w/ the exception of the guy that placed us at a table), e.g waitress frowning as she took our order, and it felt overpriced for what it is (e.g mineral water for 6.5CHF). They were also missing several items from the menu. Outdoor seating is also right next to the tram line which is quite noisy. I'll stick with the shops and continue buying my chocolate there, but won't be coming back here.

The coffee is excellent here. They serve it with a glass of water and a little chocolate. In the best location of Zurich. Unbeatable!

Very overpriced in my opinion. Although the fresh chocolates were divine they did not last very long and the luxembourgers didn't make the trip home before they went bad.

Delicious Macarons. Can't be beat. And if you happen to just be visiting Switzerland, don't worry. There's a Sprungli in the airport on the other side of security just waiting to let you stock up before you fly.

Customer service is aweful, But the cakes were really nice. They also didn’t have some drinks which are on the menu so that was also a turn off.

A plethora, myriad or in plain English Lol! of original Swiss chocolates. Luxury, pricey but it's worth buying a small selection if you are on a budget. You also are given a sample to try too!
